The ESP Coalition is focused on making the Education Choice for Children Act, Texas’s ESA, and new rulemaking work for American families and diverse education business models.
For $250 a month, plus being willing and able to contribute resources to rulemaking campaigns and PR projects, you’ll have a cohort of national ESP and First Day’s policy experts and relationships at your back.

What We're Doing
The ESP Coalition helps members both advocate for and excel under Education Savings Accounts (ESAs), tax credits, and other school choice programs.
Support
Joining the ESP Coalition grants organizations connections with First Day policy experts, program managers, and leading ESPs, and:
- One-on-one support for Coalition members— identifying key states, market entry opportunities, and solving compliance hurdles.
- Detailed step-by-step guides and form letter templates for navigating ESA program requirements.
- Regular updates and insights on regulatory changes, key program milestones, and strategic developments.
- Access to monthly meetings and Q&A sessions with compliance experts.
Collaboration
Members regularly partner and in our monthly meetings share their experience and expertise navigating ESA and school choice programs.
- Access to exclusive, events, and ongoing peer support.
- Monthly meetings to share challenges and solutions, and receive strategic updates on ESA programs.
Advocacy
The ESP Coalition asks that members be able to meaningfully contribute their program experiences with other members and some organizational resources to our rulemaking efforts to refine new and existing school choice programs.
- A unified voice for ESPs to influence state and national policy including template outreach materials and researched rulemaking suggestions.
- Direct engagement with policymakers to simplify ESA processes.
- Opportunities to participate in known advocacy campaigns.
